Mizinga Melu, an award-winning CEO with a track record of fifteen Best CEO awards, including the 2023 BEST CEO SADC award, currently leads as the CEO of Absa Bank Zambia Limited. With extensive global banking experience, she has managed multiple banks worldwide and holds expertise across eight African countries and in global microfinance ventures in Asia and Africa.

Kawena Mwansa, Director WIB a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner with over 10 years experience in People Transformation. Talent Acquisition, Management and Engagement as well as HR Generalist. She has held various senior roles in the Banking sector and FMCG sector. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, People and Business Transformation, Leadership and Wellbeing. Kawena is married and has a daughter.

O’BRIEN KALUMBA
O’Brien, a Zambia-born professional, values Mentorship, Coaching, and Sponsorship for their transformative impact on personal and career growth. With over 12 years of diverse international experience in Banking and Finance, she serves as a Director in Germany. She served as a member of the Europe D&I Council at Standard Chartered and was recognized as a top 100 Future Female Leader in 2022 and 2023 by Involve sponsored by Yahoo Finance and YouTube for her efforts in promoting Diversity and Inclusion. She is married and a mother to a son.

Passionate about FinTech software, Chiluka merges expertise with innovation. An advocate for Financial Inclusion in Africa, promoting accessible services for community upliftment. Outside work, Chiluka actively champions Diversity and Inclusion in Tech and Telecom industries, valuing underrepresented voices in inclusive environments.

Elizabeth has an impressive professional career in the banking and non banking sector with over 8 years experience. Her passion to see young women thrive led her to volunteer as a certified lay-Counsellor. It is this passion that drives her community service and diligence to uplift vulnerable children.

CHIMUKA MUYOVWE
Chimuka is a Director at Standard Chartered Bank based in London. She also served as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Secretary, working in close collaboration with the Group Diversity & Inclusion team to prioritize the advancement of females and ethnic minorities in senior leadership positions. Her advocacy for change was recognised when she was honored as one of the 2023-top-100-women-future-leaders by INvolve sponsored by YouTube.

Yanga, the Finance Department Head at Lusaka International Community School (LICS), boasts over 17 years of diverse accounting experience. Her background spans audit, assurance at PwC, financial management services at MJM Associates, and involvement across various sectors. Yanga holds esteemed titles as a Fellow of ZICA, an Associate Member of CIMA, and contributes as a CIS Accreditation Evaluator. Her expertise, fortified by an MBA from the University of Zambia, enriches her role at LICS.

Transitioning to specialize in auditing, she accumulated over 7 years of extensive experience in external audit roles.Additionally, she's a notable actress, featuring in Zambia's inaugural soap opera on Zambezi Magic. Her professional journey, coupled with her work with girls and women, ignited a fervent dedication to promoting gender equity and fostering confident female leaders
