On May 18th, 2024, a significant event occurred as Women in the Boardroom hosted its inaugural graduation ceremony for the partnership program with the prestigious Institute of Directors. This comprehensive Women in the Boardroom 6-month program aims to empower women who aspire to take on leadership roles. The program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in boardroom settings. The graduation ceremony was held with the Women in the Boardroom conference, tagged "Unleashing the Next Generation of Global Board Members". Esteemed speakers who graced the occasion include Mrs Kapwepwe, Dr Aaron Mujajati, and Mainza Kawanu amongst others. The event marked a significant milestone in the journey of aspiring women leaders, and it was indeed a momentous celebration.
